Learn one of the most effective fighting arts today: Ving Tsun ( also known as Wing Chun ).... A very simple, efficient, and practical art.
Based on the centerline theory and the idea that the shortest distance between two distances is a straight line, thus allowing a practitioner the opportunity to attack and defense simultaneously.
