Women’s Only Kung Fu offers a safe and respectful place for women to train, learn, and grow together. Students master authentic Ving Tsun self-defense built on centerline theory, economy of motion, and precise body mechanics—developing real-world confidence alongside supportive peers. Women can choose to train in our regular mixed classes or attend women-focused sessions—whichever environment makes you feel most comfortable. Our structured classes are welcoming to absolute beginners and experienced martial artists alike.
