Our Women's Kung Fu classes offer a safe, empowering, and respectful place for women to train, learn, and grow together. Students master authentic Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) self-defense built on centerline theory, economy of motion, and precise body mechanics—developing real-world confidence alongside supportive peers.
Women can choose to train in our regular mixed classes or attend women-focused sessions—whichever environment makes you feel most comfortable. Our structured classes are welcoming to absolute beginners and experienced martial artists alike.

Our specialized Women's Only classes are hosted at our Port St. Lucie location, but our vibrant community of female martial artists spans across all our South Florida academies. Each class starts with a gentle warm-up and moves into tailored instruction on forms, sensitivity drills, and practical application. You’ll find mentorship, friendship, and a fun, motivating environment. All levels are welcome—expect real progress and supportive peers from your very first session.
