On May 18th, 2025, the Bamboo Room Event Space in Lake Worth, Florida, was filled with the vibrant energy of Kung Fu practitioners from near and far. The occasion? A grand celebration of Grandmaster Moy Yee Hop's birthday, a testament to his profound influence and dedication to the art of Ving Tsun Kung Fu.


Students from Sifu James Hindman's locations traveled to celebrate their Si-Gung's birthday. They joined other Kung Fu enthusiasts from various Kung Fu families, highlighting the strong sense of community and respect within the wider martial arts world.



Sifu Evan Flores deserves immense credit for organizing the event, dedicating countless hours to ensure its success. His hard work and attention to detail created a memorable and seamless experience for all attendees.




The students deeply appreciated the opportunity to come together and honor the leader of their Kung Fu family. Grandmaster Moy Yee Hop's tireless efforts in spreading the art of Ving Tsun Kung Fu make his birthday a special occasion for students to express their gratitude and respect.

The Lion Dance Team from Palm Beach Wing Chun delivered a spectacular performance, adding a traditional and festive touch to the celebration. Their energetic display was a highlight of the evening.



Sifu Matt Redford organized and managed a special Bai Si ceremony, adding a meaningful and traditional element to the event, further honoring Grandmaster Moy Yee Hop.
