The Kung Fu Journey: Spreading the Art of Ving Tsun to the Treasure Coast

At Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun Kung Fu, our Kung Fu is about more than just punches, kicks, and forms—it is about family. Recently, the members of our Special Student Association (SSA) took a well-deserved break from the grueling heat of South Florida training for a weekend of brotherhood, nature, and relaxation in Kissimmee, Florida.

At Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun Kung Fu, we often speak about "Kung Fu Life." It is the idea that our practice extends far beyond the four walls of the Kwoon and into the way we live, how we treat others, and how we celebrate the bonds of our martial arts family. Recently, our community had a very special reason to gather: the birthday of our teacher and mentor, Sifu James Hindman.
